How Unimind handles uploaded content and system data.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Overview

Unimind analyzes content that people upload or forward into the product. That content may include text, images, audio, video, documents, and links. We process it to help detect misinformation, manipulation, fraud, and other safety risks.

Information We Process

We may process uploaded content, file metadata, URLs, browser and device information, diagnostic logs, and interaction data such as feature usage or error states.

How Data Is Used

We use data to analyze submitted content, detect fraud patterns, verify misinformation signals, improve system reliability, prevent abuse, and keep the service working securely.

Third-Party Services

Unimind may use third-party services such as Google Gemini APIs for AI analysis, hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service, and analytics or monitoring tools to understand reliability and product health.

Data Retention

Uploaded content may be processed temporarily to generate analysis results. Logs are retained only as needed for reliability, debugging, security, and abuse prevention. We do not aim to keep uploaded content longer than necessary.

AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Unimind results should not be treated as legal, financial, or medical advice. Please independently verify important decisions before acting on them.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect uploaded content and system data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design our systems with care and limit unnecessary access.
